GPS Tracker Has Lost its Signal

Unfortunately the GPS tracker has lost its signal just outside of Kamloops. Been speaking with the company but seems there is nothing they can do. It it is within range but the signal is spotty. It did happen a couple weeks ago but when it came back online it updated all of the readings so fingers crossed it does the same again soon.
