Food Poisoning in Regina

Arrived into Regina 2 days ago. Definitely got some sort of food poisoning or stomach bug, I have been violently ill the entire time I have been here. Unable able to eat and hardly able to hold down any water. Obviously, a massive concern losing any weight or muscle mass. I booked into a cheap motel to try get some rest and take some time to recoup. That was an experience in itself. I have stayed in some bad motels, but this was the worst I had ever seen and to top it the owner kept trying to charge me for damages that were clearly already there. I did get to go to a doctor and got some antibiotics which help to speed everything up.

Can’t comment too much on Regina didn’t get to do too much exploring. Did find a local smoke house smoking their own meats. Grab some off them to take on the road, bit of a treat to have homemade cured meats rather than the gas station/ store bought ones. Got these the day I was leaving so they can't be the culprit for the food poisoning.

This morning I felt much better and decided to get back on the road, we still have a huge stretch of the prairies which has been sitting on the back of my mind for days. It was alarming how much smaller my legs were in comparison to the 4 days ago when I arrived into Regina. I knew this would affect me mentally, when your staring down at your legs all day long a sense of doubt creeps in if there is any left to question.
